We offer a standard UK Mainland delivery using a fully trackable courier service which arrives within 1-3 working days and offers email and SMS updates. This service is Free for all orders over £50 (Excluding the Highlands & Islands) and is £3.99 for orders under £80.
Orders placed to the Scottish Highland and Islands and UK postcodes which are not considered ‘Mainland UK’ will be subject to a postage surcharge, these prices will displayed at checkout.
Currently, we do not offer shipment to outside of UK.
Within 30 days of receiving your order you must notify us of any items that you would like to return, you then have 14 days in which to return the items to us. To notify us of your intention to return an order then simply get in touch with us through email or our contact form and someone from our customer services team will be in contact within One working day. Unfortunately we do not currently offer a returns label service and the cost for postage of returned items is the responsibility of the person returning it.
